You receive a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund will be initiated for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. Following this period, we issue a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. Should you cancel after this period, you forfeit the entire initial booking amount.
Yes, additional guests up to the maximum occupancy are permitted. Every extra guest beyond the initial booking count will be charged per night.
No, smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
Yes, we offer logistical support including airport/ railway station pick-up and drop, taxi service/ car/ bikes for self-driving and sightseeing. Additionally, we also assist with food and groceries. Extra charges for these services will be applied. Please get in touch with us to avail these facilities.
Children under 5 will be considered infants without additional charges. Children over 5 will be considered adults and charged as per the booking price calculator.
